I was just wondering how many times a day I should take this and how much?
How much you take is dependant on your body type and diet. Have at least one full serve per day if you find that you struggle to put on weight. Otherwise you can have half a serve per day.
I just want to know if serious mass contain all the amino acids like it counterparts 100% whey protein which have all the EAAs, NON-EAAs and BCAAs in it?
Optimum Serious Mass shall NOT contain the concentration of Aminos that Optimum 100% Whey Gold Standard shall contain.
